EVENT: LITTLE CHEF CLASSES 2014


SCHOOL HOLIDAY EVENTS FOR KIDS 2014 

Hola, the school holiday is coming near! 
It's time for the parents to plan activities for the kids. So how about the Little Chef's Classes? Sound interesting right?
For your information, Grand BlueWave Hotel Shah Alam will organize Little Chef Classes for kids age from 6 to 12 years old. 
It might a good idea to send your kids here to learn how to be a excellent chef during their school holiday.

There are 2 types of classes:
1. Little Chef;s Gourmet Class on 31st May 2014
2. Little Chef's Pastry Class on 7th June 2014

Choose which class you kids prefer and make your reservation quickly.

With the fee of RM75.00nett only, the kids will get meals, group photo, recipes, door gift and certificates.

RECIPES: RESIPI MASAKAN ANTARABANGSA

NASI MINYAK DI RAJA

BAHAN-BAHAN:

1   kg               - Beras jasmine basmathi

2   batang        - Serai
20 gm              - Bawang kecil dikisar
10 gm              - Bawang putih
5   gm              - Bunga lawang
3   gm              - Bunga cengkih
20 ml               - Minyak sapi
15 ml               - Majerin
1   liter             - Air
Secukup rasa  - Garam

Hiasan:

3    gm             - Daun pudina
5    gm             - Bawang kecil yang dihiris dan digoreng
5    gm             - Kismis kuning dan hitam


CARA MEMASAK:

1.      Rendamkan beras basmathi jasmine selama lebih kurang 10 minit, tos dan asingkan.
2.      Panaskan minyak sapi dan majerin di dalm kuali, tumiskan bahan-bahan yang dikisar, diikuti bunga lawang, bunga cengkih dan kulit kayu manis hingga garing dan naik bau.
3.      Masukkan air juga susu cair.
4.      Campurkan garam mengikut citarasa anda, dan adunkan bahan ini bersama beras yang anda asingkan tadi.
5.      Setelah sebati, keluarkan kesemua adunan tadi, pindahkan ke dalam periuk nasi anda dan masak kembali hingga kering. Adunan hendaklah dikacau apabila air hampir kering.
6.      Sedia dihidangkan dalam masa kurang 15 minit bersama hirisan daun pudina, bawang goreng dan juga kismis.

SUP PINDANG TULANG RAWAN


BAHAN-BAHAN:

200 gm            - Tulang rawan (lembu)
2     batang      - Serai
20   gm            - Bawang merah
10   gm            - Bawang putih
10   gm            - Bunga kantan
5     gm            - Cili padi (diketuk)
10   gm            - Lengkuas
Sedikit minyak sapi untuk menumis, garam dan perasa.


CARA MEMASAK:

1.      Potongkan tulang mengikut kesesuaian anda (3-4cm).
2.      Panaskan minyak sapi, tumiskan bawang putih, bawang merah, serai dan lengkuas sehingga naik bau.
3.      Masukkan air, cili padi yang diketuk, bunga kangtan dan tulang rawan.
4.      Untuk penambahan sup yang lagi lazat masukkan lobak merah, ubi kentang dan daun saderi.
5.      Sedia dihidangkan bersama nasi ataupun roti.

KAKI KAMBING GULAI KAWAH


BAHAN-BAHAN:

500 gm            - Tulang kaki kambing
1     liter           - Air
20   ml             - Santan/susu cair

10   gm            - Bawang putih
10   gm            - Halia muda dikisar
20   gm            - Bawang merah
2     batang      - Serai
20   gm            - Rempah 4 sekawan
1     tangkai     - Daun kari
30   gm            - Serbuk kari
20   ml             - Minyak sapi
20   gm            - Ubi kentang
Secukup rasa  - Garam


CARA MEMASAK:

1.    Panaskan minyak sapi, tumiskan bawang putih, bawang merah, serai, halia muda, 4 sekawan dan daun kari sehingga naik bau.
2.    Masukkan serbuk kari, air, kambing dan ubi kentang, kacau sehingga mendidih.
3.    Kemudian masukkan santan kelapa atau susu cair dan garam secukup rasa.
4.    Sedia dihidangkan bersama nasi putih.

KETAM MASAK LEMAK DAUN KUNYIT


BAHAN-BAHAN:

400 gm            - Ketam bunga
350 ml             - Air
2     batang      - Serai (ditumbuk)

30   gm            - Bawang merah
20   gm            - Bawang putih
20   gm            - Halia dikisar
10   gm            - Cili padi
1     helai          - Daun kunyit
1     keping      - Asam keeping
40   ml             - Santan kelapa
Sedikit serbuk kunyit untuk kekuningan warna kuah.


CARA MEMASAK:

1.    Masukkan air, ketam, bawang merah, bawang putih, halia, cili padi dan asam keeping ke dalam periuk.
2.    Kemudian setelah mendidih masukkan serbuk kunyit, santan kelapa dan garam.
3.    Untuk mendapat bau yang sedap masukkan daun kunyit yang dipotong/digumpal terpulang kepada anda.
4.    Taburkan bahan-bahan hiasan yang anda gemari seperti tomato dan cili merah dan sedia untuk dihidang.

BAHAN-BAHAN:

1     kg             - Daging batang pinang
500 ml             - Santan kelapa

10   gm            - Lengkuas
20   gm            - Bawang merah
5     gm            - Bawang putih dikisar
2     batang      - Serai
10   gm            - Halia
10   gm            - Rempah 4 sekawan (dikisar)
10   gm            - Gula merah
1     helai          - Daun kunyit (diracik halus)
150 gm            - Kerisik
100 gm            - Isi kelapa (diracik)


CARA MEMASAK:

1.      Perapkan seketika daging bersama rempah dan bahan-bahan yang telah dikisar.
2.      Panaskan kuali, masukkan daging yang telah diperap, santan kelapa dan gula merah, kacau sehingga daging empuk.
3.      Kemudian masukkan kerisik dan daun kunyit, kacau dengan api yang sederhana perlahan dan warna menjadi kehitaman, akhir sekali masukkan isi kelapa. Kacau seketika.
4.      Hidang bersama nasi mahupun pulut.

IKAN BAWAL MASAK PAJERI


BAHAN-BAHAN:

600 gm            - Ikan bawal hitam
150 ml             - Air
200 ml             - Minyak masak
40   ml             - Serbuk kari

20   gm            - Bawang merah
5     gm            - Bawang putih dihiris
2     batang      - Serai
3     gm            - Rempah 4 sekawan
1     tangkai     - Daun kari
150 ml             - Santan kelapa
100 gm            - Kerisik
Garam dan gula secukup rasa.


CARA MEMASAK:

1.      Potong dan cuci ikan mengikut ukuran yang bersesuaian kemudian goreng ikan tersebut.
2.      Panaskan minyak, tumiskan bawang merah, bawang putih, serai, rempah 4 sekawan dan daun kari.
3.      Masukkan air, rempah kari dan santan, kacau sehingga mendidih.
4.      Kemudian masukkan kerisik dan ikan yang telah digoreng, kacau dengan api perlahan.
5.      Jika ingin rasa masam sedikit, bolehlah masukkan tomato atau nenas.

DIM SUM CENDAWAN SHITAKE


BAHAN-BAHAN:
 
1    paket         - Pastri wantan
20  gm             - Isi ayam
20  gm             - Isi udang
30  gm             - Cendawan shitake kering
10  gm             - Lobak merah
2    helai           - Daun bawang
1    sudu teh    - Minyak bijan
1    biji              - Telur ayam
50  gm             - Tepung jagung
Garam secukup rasa.


CARA MEMASAK:

1.      Masukkan isi ayam dan udang ke dalam pengisar. Keluarkan dan campurkan dengan tepung jagung hingga sebati.
2.      Potong halus lobak merah dan cendawan shitake kering yang telah siap direndam.
3.      Selepas itu daun bawang dimayang halus. Campurkan semua ke dalam isi ayam, isi udang, pecahkan telur, garam secukup rasa dan juga minyak bijan.
4.      Gaulkan sehingga sebati. Kemudian campuran bahan dimasukkan ke atas pastry wantan untuk dibentuk menjadi seperti dim sum, besar ukuran terpulang kepada anda.
5.      Simpan pastry dim sum yang telah dibentuk ke dalam peti sejuk sekurang-kurangnya sejam kemudian kukuskan selama 15 hingga 20 minit.

BAHAN-BAHAN:
 
200 gm            - Beras sushi
500 ml             - Air
1     sudu teh   - Cuka
2     sudu teh   - Gula kastor
1     sudu teh   - Garam
1     paket        - Rumpai laut
30   gm            - Timun jepun (potong memanjang)
30   gm            - ketam (stik)
2     biji             - Telur dadar


CARA MEMASAK:

1.      Cuci dan masakkan beras bersama air hingga masak.
2.      Dalam bekas, campurkan cuka, gula, garam bersama sedikit air.
3.      Ratakan nasi dalam mangkuk kaca, renjiskan campuran cuka pada nasi dan kacau rata.
4.      Ambil sedikit nasi, ratakan ke atas rumpai laut, letak hirisan timun, hirisan ketam dan telur dadar.

5.      Gulung kemas membentuk sushi dan potong kecil ikut ukuran yang disukai dan sedia untuk dihidang.
